Welcome to Beauty In Raw Humanity

Hello everyone, I am chromeantennae, founder of BeautyInRawHumanity, a group where we promote the beauty and courageousness of complete honesty with ourselves. The project itself initially began with a poem I wrote regarding my body image and it quickly became even bigger with quick responses from extremely skilled writers such as A-Lovely-Anxiety and Atomograd. It eventually became a widespread project with people from all over-- a lot of them people I had no initial interaction with before this, writing about their personal body images.

And now, with the creation of the group, we are all ready to expand, to continue growing and hopefully inspiring more people to write about their body images and now other parts of them that make them human, as well. I want people to write about their beliefs, their genders, their sexualities, I want people to be completely human and not be afraid to broach it because no one is alone with how they feel about all of these sorts of different things. I want people to feel like they have someone, to feel like there's someone out there who can relate to them, and maybe we can even educate others on things we may not know about a specific topic. I want this to be the most honest group on all of deviantART where everyone feel as though they have a place here, no matter how small.

I wanted to keep this journal small because this isn't about me. This is about you guys, the group, what we can do to continue being honest with ourselves and maybe even help people.
